- Week 7 Why sleep is so important.
- Week 8 Stress Management
We have two options for our members to choose from-
Option 1 is nutrition only, this for our members that already have a current GYM program, or our members that prefer group fitness or personal training sessions.
Option 2 includes all the nutritional support as well as 2 phase 3-day per week strength focus GYM program.
Option 1 Nutritional Support Only
8 weeks at $25.00 per week or upfront payment of $180.00
Option 2 Nutritional Support and Gym program
8 weeks at $35.00 per week or upfront payment of $250.00
