60 minutes of power, strength, aerobic and anaerobic exercises, based on professional boxing training with added speed and resistance. You work in pairs (no need to bring a partner) 3-minute rounds with gloves and focus pads. Coached by a trained instructor, an excellent cross training activity that leaves you feeling like you have really worked out.
Strength express is a 30 minute low-high intensity session with weights. Each section focuses on compound movements for power, strength and endurance for the whole body. The session caters for all fitness levels with modifications demonstrated throughout and a wide range of dumbbell sizes to use. You can expect to expend a large number of calories and feel you achieved a thorough workout in a short amount of time.
Pilates is a low impact exercise that aims to strengthen all muscles whilst improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates exercises target the core but also exercise other parts of your body too. At Terang Fitness we provide exercise-based matwork classes (not to be confused with Clinical Pilates) which can be done with or without equipment such as fit balls, pilates rings and bands.
45 minute indoor bike session of cardio exercises working at the rate an individual wants or needs. Each session is professionally formatted by a trained, experienced instructor. You are encouraged to work hard to achieve the results you want. Indoor bike sessions are very personal, friendly and encouraging to all members.

A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
